WHO SHOULD REGISTER?
Official delegates of Member Associations, Continental Confederations and Associate Members should complete the online registration process.
CAN ACCOMMODATION BE BOOKED WITH REGISTRATION?
Yes. The intended registration flow includes congress participation, official hotel requests, airport transfer needs and travel information.
IS VISA SUPPORT AVAILABLE?
Delegates who require an official invitation or visa support letter can request it through the Organising Committee. Visa applications remain the responsibility of each participant.
WHERE WILL BOTH CONGRESSES TAKE PLACE?
Hotel El Panamá by Faranda Grand is the official congress venue and accommodation site in Panama City.
